I mentioned that on the board, a while back, but someone felt the shares would be restricted, if memory serves me, correctly. I didn't/don't think that to be the case, however. In any event, as profitability continues to increase, hopefully, that type of activity should be nullified. 2nd Qtr wrapping up soon:)
alstocks, I disagree that is the stock that came out today. If you issue restricted stock for services, it can't become free trading for six months for a reporting company.
