Found something small but possibly related…

again, per all the dd… Pwdy came out of being

defunct and was relisted on 2-28-23… and they

Hired borges (a big time acct) to do all this and it

took a while for Pwdy to get relisted….

so I found this in the qrtly (3-31-2023):

“On February 27, 2023, the Company issued 7,500,000 shares to a consultant as compensation for accounting services rendered.”

“On February 27, 2023, the Company issued 15,000,000 shares to a consultant as compensation for legal services rendered.”

It makes sense since they got relisted on 2/28/23

so 22.5 million shares in dilution… could this be

what happened on those 2 day (today and

whatever day this happened 2 mths ago) ????

something to consider and really not at all that

bad…. As long as it’s over….
