As far as I know, NWBO is a listed company.
It’s much easier to buy a private entity than a public entity.
What you seems to forget is a premium on a public entity rarely exceed 100%.
How a BP can justify to its shareholders to pay 1,600% premium to acquire NWBO at $10?
It doesn’t make sens when the stock is sitting at $,60.
It does when the stock will be trading at $5,0.
