Hyperopia, I typically defer to you (because you are smarter and more knowledgeable than me about manufacturing) but Lykiri is right. You somehow inadvertently transposed 30 hours for product release testing into 35 to 40 days.
Reread LP’s ASM. It’s 30 hours. Therefore Lykiri’s deduction is more logical. They (apparently) must be able to freeze monocytes immediately following leukapheresis.
This to me clearly demonstrates the existence of the global export license make much more sense.
