Another possible explanation is that Andy knows that Dr Lebby is full of crap, and was delighted to say something to that effect to me, a person who identified himself as skeptical of Lightwave, perhaps even hoping I would directly quote him on the Lightwave board.
I don't know his motivation. All I know is someone with his email replied, representing himself as Andy, and I shared what I got. No one has to believe it but it does confirm all of the other pieces of data I have absorbed re this investment.
I"m amazed that going into the ASM you exhibited a lot of chutzpah about how you would respond if they didn't announce a deal by ASM, recognizing a number of the company's flaws and failure to meet prior deadlines, and then when they clearly missed most of their goals for the year and only came up with "that" completely unverifiable and vague PR you seemed to change your tune immediately, singing their praises.
