I agree that the company appears to be doing quite well on the military front in Ukraine. Wish I had your confidence that management will come through for long term shareholders on things like the CE removal etc.
You'll recall that Sam Aker raised some serious questions back in April about the financials submitted to the OTC for the CE removal. He argued that one still couldn't tell who owned the company based on these filings. I'm not an accountant so I can't talk with any expertise on these matters.
Given the time it's taking for OTC actions, one has to give some serious thought to Aker's analysis.
