You have some here, who get their kicks out of taking aim at others investments, who have risk their money to try and profit, while these " I'm just looking out for your interest" numbskulls post ad nauseum night and day attacking.

Who's ever actually SAID that? I know I haven't. I go after bad stocks because I enjoy puzzles. I also like to be entertained, and God knows many pennies are highly entertaining. There's an added benefit if they and their creators are eventually nailed by the authorities.

So what's better? Actual research, or name calling? Does relative maturity come into that anywhere?

As you notice, it's a very few who are voicing strong opposition to this change, because they are the ones who are the greatest pests on the stock boards and don't want their egos challenged.

Not my perception at all. I'm pleasantly surprised by the number of commenters who'd like to see the TOS remain basically the same.
