I am not arguing with you, but I can say having been a moderator many times....Moderators can not limit posts. That only comes from Admin

Admins restrict posting based on TOS violation history, not mods.
2) If your posts don't violate TOS, request review.

yet she deleted my posts and limited me to one post per day because of this exact example.
