That would fall under the Violation of Privacy rule. Unless a poster outright says, “I am [insert name here]” publicly, their identity is to remain wholly understood as whatever their alias is on the boards.

Re: personal attacks, correct. That is not in the proposed rules.

What you're describing in the second paragraph would fall under "violation of privacy".
