twa,

“TP Are those facts pertinent to a Co's success!”

Of course they are, cash flow is the life blood of a company. Insiders aren’t selling and the CFO took shares of stock over cash payments for services offered. These are all positive signs, which you obviously fail to notice or understand.

“You tend to focus on the sideline issues, not the most important facts determining the long term prognosis! “

I don’t think you understand the meaning of the word “sideline” Might be prudent on your part to look it up.

“the issues to me at least, is whether the Battery, & its supposed advantages??, will leap over the competition, who not only have a head start on CRTG, but a product in the testing phase as well! “

Cite your source please…you continue to make unsubstantiated statements and look foolish doing so.

“I once owned a battery production Co' who even had a new production facility in Indiana, that showed promise like Coretec, but left us shareholders holding the bag when they sold-out to a Billionaire Russian! (Ener 1) “

Sorry that didn’t work out for you. CRTG filed the patents for the artificial SEI, along with an additional patent to utilize 3 different methods to do so. Again, facts trump opinion and rhetoric.

“All the guys have now is a product on paper, & Big Co's want more than that!”

Big companies are approaching Coretec now and NDAs are beginning to develop, and MOUs have been signed because CRTG has a unique approach to developing a superior active anode material. You might wanna watch the May 18 Shareholder Conference Call. That way you can avoid making inaccurate and uninformed posts on this thread about CRTG and what they are involved with.
