So today's fairy tail is back to the Alpine con. Boy I cant wait for the Alpine case to be closed and watch DBMM promoters try to weasel their way out of yet another lie.
Original judgement for Alpine securities was 22.7 million dollar penalty. It has been reduced to 12 million. Alpine filed an appeal and denied as judgement stands. Just waiting for final conclusion of last minute arguments. I do not think the judge is going to change the decision. Is it enough to forced them into bankruptcy? Will they abandon all their short positions.? Will the decision have an effect on DBMM? My guess was yes to bankruptcy, but now maybe they will survive with a reduced penalty. It will be interesting.
ALPINE’s dirty dealing self clearing synthetic, counterfeit shares will be their demise for sure. The DTCC better be ready to PAY UP for their regulatory negligence too!
Loving the short fuse on this court case, we’ll soon see the extent of the NSS created by ALPINE, imo.
