How’s do they dispose of there needles legally, if it’s against the law to throw them in the trash. Who pays for that?

The sharps disposal program. 1.5 Qt containers with prepayed shipping $ 32.95 a month. SNDD is a better savings for the tax payers. It’s all a negotiation. We’ll see how it turns out. Saving money is an attractive, bargaining chip.
