That's the way I understand it. I believe that ENZC is only licensing their tech to BGEN/VIRO, so once the deal is done, the way I read it is that SAGA will not own the tech, but will own 100% of BGEN/VIRO. I hope I'm wrong, but this is how I've read/interpreted what was put out regarding the SAGA deal.
