You hate them when they give the safe harbor and do about as well as the average biotech executive at these tiny firms does, which is mostly terrible at predicting key timelines. However, over the last year they have actually been able to predict with a difference of a few months.
When they don’t give a predictive timeline, most likely because it hinges on things that may be out of their control, the same people who complain about inaccurate timelines and say “They lied” (which is false, and you know the drill about the safe harbor and predictions of future events, the reality is they did not lie) will say, oh, they don’t ever intend to file or some other nonsense which has been said countless other times about other milestones that happened long before the bears said it would happen or that it would “never happen”.
The bears are the ones who lie and can’t be relied upon. Bears have no fiduciary duty, no safe harbor and no regulatory duty to say anything truthful to anyone.
