We shall see then, As long as there are no new convertibles for the next 6 months? Then there is no reason this cannot move into the 3-5 cent range as long as the company puts out PR's to keep people interested.

Key is no dilution.

This reminds me of anther bio tech I bought in the .008 range that went to the .20s. C*BT. Can it do something like that?

Possible. But the dilution sphincter had to be turned off. 1 or 2 days of no share dumps is fine. 5 months of that is better. They diluted 200 M shares in the past 45 days.

That is plenty for now. Hoping for the best.

Thank you. Yesterday was the third days and today is the fourth days shares count unchanged. People don't realize in order for the company to ensure that the spin-off does not violate any debt covenants or negatively impact the rights and interests of the debt holders. In a spin-off, a company separates a portion of its business into a new independent entity, and this new entity can assume its own liabilities and debt obligations. Therefore, the company must take a necessary step to clean the book for the spin-off. We now are debt free, ready for the spinoff. Pay off these old debts that is a very smart move, beside added another few hundred million shares on the book with a market cap still under million dollars I think is ok not a big deal at all.
