Per latest 10Q there has been NO new convertible notes issued in 2023.

See page 10 under Table 5 “convertible notes” of latest 10Q to verify for yourself. All recent dilution was from clearing out previous notes, which are now cleared off the books. This was further confirmed by the O/S remaining the same the past 3 trading days. It sure is nice investing in a legitimate company that has audited fins and is SEC filing. You can simply call the TA whenever you want to confirm the O/S and debunk the BS.

It really isn’t rocket science yet some people just refuse to comprehend for their own selfish reasons. The dilution is over for the time being and I am hopeful no new notes will be issued. The company is heading in a new direction, which is quite obvious by all of the news that came out in March and April of this year. $BDPT
