I hear ya. The OTC Markets sure can be a brutal place. But with good discipline and a healthy amount of Due Diligence (of course, a massive degree of patience - that goes without saying) you can actually find true diamondS in the rough within it. Which I believe to be the case here with Xcelerate.
My Etrade account is purely for my OTC plays. And XCRT, by dollar amount, is orders of magnitude more than the rest - and for a reason :-)
