>>> Some BIG HUNGRY COMPANY will consume Biel like you have never seen. The reason being is that NOBODY HAS WHAT BIEL HAS, it’s the only technology in the world .<<<

What you say is true about the technology Miamifl, yet, that has been true for quite a long time. Yet no one has bought the company, nor pain competitors partnered. And I think the reason for that is two-fold. One is that BIEL has not had the financial resources for an aggressive marketing campaign.

Remember what happened when Dr. Oz spoke of the product on his show? Sales went through the roof. Someone put the kibosh on the product because of lack of FDA clearance…someone had “reported”.

So, the product was never a true threat to BIEL’s Pain competitors, and those competitors just kept on their merry way regardless that our product could potentially disrupt the pain industry, even after FDA clearances. Why would BIEL’s competition bother to reinvent the wheel - taking over BIEL - when they have been doing great without them? Why take the risk?

The real reason our products are now (or should be) on the radar of competitors is:
A. Government backing via the NOPAIN Act and…
B. Possible CMS insurance reimbursement

Our “potentially disruptive”, one-of-a-kind product takes on a whole new dimension given A and B. Government monies is simply…irresistible. It’s like having your own money-making machine on auto-pilot.

What big time companies want in with running that money-machine along with a potentially disruptive product(s), is now the question? Who does not want to be left out?

Let them duke it out amongst themselves. We shall see one way or the other.

Hope this helps.

All imo.

>>>Focus on this: DID THE COMPANIES THAT BIEL GOT TO COME ABOARD AND SELL OUR PRODUCTS, DID THEY KNOW WHAT THE FINANCIAL STATUS WAS OF BIEL’S BOOKS BEFORE THEY SIGNED ON?<<<

What does that have to do with anything? They thought they could sell the products so they made a deal with BIoelectroncs to do just that. The OEM deal was about the products not the horrible financial status of Bioelectronics. Problem now is that they are NOT selling the products as per financials, so what is next?
