No it’s not. It may be happening now (maybe not) but not sure how anyone can’t see the missed targets, time lines and promises that were all broken.

Just because things are happening (maybe still tbd) doesn’t mean they and st3 shouldn’t be criticized. Sorry. Not sorry.
