I have no idea what kind or capacity of injection molding equipment is used to produce TMF's products, but they may not have to create 4x8 ft panels to demonstrate the viability of the industrial-scale production method needed to produce NexBoards. I can only assume that the eventual method they use to create panels that combine plastic and cardboard waste with state-of-the-art, eco-friendly retardant should be adaptable to any reasonable size machinery.
