Zip, I'm not sure we can make assumptions about what KM wanted or didn't want. He's been around pharma his whole career, he knows that Amarin was not a going concern in perpetuity. I think they all knew that. They just had no choice but to continue GIA until something popped for them. IMO, the narrative that anyone on the board or inside management thought Amarin was not going to be sold eventually is silly.

And my guess is that Denner did something nefarious to KM which forced his hand. My guess is that Denner was going to re-structure his compensation. But again, we don't know. And I am 99% sure that KM had legal advice supporting/directing whatever he was claiming.
