Actually I am not a member of that thought process... a Press Release stating the same info that was in the Q which did not name any names does not need approval. Many company's sign NDA as to keep who they are dealing with out of the news... but it does not prevent a company such as AFFU or OneMind from telling the market and its shareholders what is happening or that they have signed a contract and due to an NDA will not be revealing any details at this time.... What they are doing is simply keeping everyone in the dark until a financial comes out. They are bound by regulations to include that information in the financial... the release in November of the Dell deal was authorized by Dell as it hit their site before it was released by AFFU... As was stated before, there is a boat load of September convertibles that will hit the market and if they dont get this moving then I can only draw one conclusion.. they want it below a penny so they have sufficient reason to do a reverse split... if that is the case we are all screwed big time
