It is real simple. When for so many years they lose millions. Then increased it buying a losing company. This is what happens when dilution to keep paying for losses. This will only get worse. As they try to keep going. The product is priced too high and always has been. It did not sell well because of that. That is why little to no retail. Like Publix that dropped them. Unless they can sell nationwide in stores. Never going to change. They do not have the money to market like it needs.
