They drag their feet for some reason. I think they have a grand plan and it could evolve around the combination trials. But, the combination has already showing great efficacy so I do not think they are waiting for that anymore. The slides Al M. was forced to take down show how well this therapy works.
The paper from Italy from a few institutions is already asking for approval based on the company’s compelling data and phase IV studies on combinations with adjuvants. They want one trial with just DCVax. Clearly unethical to patients when the data is obvious if an agonist is added you get ten times better than current SOC. With DCVax alone you only get 2X better than SOC. They should use our phase III data as the control.
Or maybe discussions are going on for DCVax + agonist as the control as they are doing now in trials. Either way, this vaccine gets approved quickly by the RAs. ….. 10X better results over current SOC. This is just such a slam dunk when you examine this data that people want embargoed but we have seen because there are some real ferrets on this message board. I give those posters credit for finding this stuff. The company doesn’t give it out.
