Agreed, it's insanity. But this can happen with Bios. It's basically trading as if it's never going to grow.
I think it's one of those "wake me when it's ready to do something" stocks in WS minds. In other words, it's not so much about the SP being beaten down. It's more about there being very little interest in investing in the stock. We had some good institutional activity the apt few quarters, but we had almost as many sellers as buyers, so the net effect was nil. And there is virtually zero retail buying.
