If we read and compare the latest S-1/A to recent S-1 and 10-Q, and to the past 10-Ks and 10-Qs and press releases, it's very clear to see Duffy lied, as did Xeriant mngt.

There is reasonable evidence to conclude Xeriant and Auctus collusion.
