Lol! C'mon! Savvy traders go to the breakout board to see which stocks are breaking out, and we buy them if there is a decent news story and heavy volume....key to note is that some of these OTC tickers are rallying on heavy volume but there is no news......a key sign of money flowing into penny stocks biggly, another reason I'm calling for another OTC frenzy like 2021, HIRU will be trading .0126 soon here imo
