No! Why? Historically they had 10Q’s of $1 million dollars plus.

Now once again, I could be wrong, but historically and imho, LQMT has been mismanaged from jump street, with a new material and inept executives who by accident, design or just plain ignorance never knew what it would take to get the train into the station or the rocket ship off the ground and instead ran afoul and also the available cash and credit into the ground. Thus forcing IP SALES AND PARTNERSHIPS TO AVOID BANKRUPTCY AT LEAST TWO TOMES.

They now have been reduced to what I see as active sales reps for a manufacturer abroad, whereby they may receive revenues and or fees from deals they can make of any size.

So the next deal can be significant or insignificant. The structure and where LQMT receives it’s parts from probably impacts potential sales in a negative way or in fact removes LQMT from the playing field altogether. Especially if there are companies who are prohibited from doing business with the manufacturer abroad.

They recently had enough funds to increase domestic manufacturing independently. The decision to end that phase seems imo like a conflict of interest, although one can say it was done for economic reasons. The thing is the decision to end USA manufacturing operations on a large scale is the same person abroad who operates high volume parts sales through other associates.

Absolutely correct! With a standardized process or without; it’s a simple fact, big business prefer to do business with other big businesses.

I don’t believe this is whats holding LQMT back. What has LQMT grounded is the simple fact is that its’ BMGs are complete bullshit and LQMT can’t even be used as a gimmick.

Honest reply from someone who does not know the answer is, probably not, ergo, the need for Steipp to gather a bunch of "low hanging fruit" to fatten LQMT's resume.

As usual nothing is clear about this .... I won't go into the litany of efforts LQMT made to manufacture on its' own but the only thing that came out of all that was a knife. Hardly a success albeit a piece of very low hanging fruit if you know what I mean.

In comes Li in 2016 providing a vehice to produce products via China. He then seemingly cuts the LQMT work force leading one to believe that he had the capicity to market and produce consumer and commercial products (remember that Hauck tried and failed as did others who have attended multiple fairs of some sort or other). And indeed if one is to believe that the material has succeeded in the Eastern hemisphere Li has sold it successfully.

If all of this and the rest of the things that have occurred since 2016 is true and makes sense why wouldn't Li and Chung (and those before him) expand sales in the Western part of the world ??

I'd spectulate there is a rat in the woodpile whom nobody can identiy .. its too easy to say CCP or Apple but then again most times the simple answer is the most likey to be correct. Now provided all this nonesensical is in broad range of correctness, my windmill rests upon an answer of WHY THE HELL THEY KEEP THIS COMPANY ALIVE ?

I continue to hope that the answer to that issue will come before I pass away, as in my very unkowledgale opinion, it is the foundation for we FOMO'ers holding and HOPING. Frankly, I wish they would just sell or merge but my wishes do not often come true.
