I agree with you. There's accumulation is place for over a year. Only a complete lack of chart interpretation would say otherwise.
Even a shortsighted reader of a chart could see slightly higher highs and slightly higher lows in the horizontal trading. That's the signal that a breakout is coming soon if not within weeks.
