Then the SEC will no problem busting Xeriant mngt.

They do have ex-military on their board of advisors as insurance, so maybe Duffy has his scam locked up. But lameazz General Blaine Holt is such a sellout (CFR = WEF, NewsMax whore) maybe an SEC agent will move ahead anyway.
