RD "We have to move fast because once these companies turn profitable, the IRS (tax agencies) will give us a hard time about the value of the shares, which could have implications for your income tax or wealth tax." This has been one of my worries regarding IREEM LLC. I tried to explain the situation to the tax authorities, suggesting a value of what I had paid myself.
