We don't have to wait for the CCAC shares. The Vertical shares will be allocated to the IREEM and ITUP shareholders. We are moving very fast with this and they will be allocated in the coming weeks. We have to move fast because once these companies turn profitable, the IRS (tax agencies) will give us a hard time about the value of the shares, which could have implications for your income tax or wealth tax.

And then, presumably in the next few months, shareholders will receive the relevant documents for subscribing.to the vertical shares. These are private company shares so it will be different from the shares you are holding in your brokerage account which are public company shares.
