I believe the vast majority of shares are being held tightly.

With occasional size dumped for reasons that are endless. Although, lately it appears accumulation and sp moves right back up in this .05+ range - seems to be current base.

With forthcoming news I suspect the new base will move up to the teens.

Then comes Africa??? ^^^ ticks from there!
