Yes. It isn’t going to be 5% once they reward the bonuses voted on last ASM. They still have not taken them. Is it going to be ~20% of outstanding shares at the time. When will it be? At approval, earlier or later?

And I can only guess we end at 1.5 to 1.7B. After they take their pound of flesh to pat themselves on their backs.
