Take a step back and observe.

When a MTD is denied, its sure sounds like that something is doing down?
Consider the following issues.
1) NWBO just had a very favorable reviews at ASCO regarding DCVax-L with respect to multiple cancer tumors.
2) Since the judge has signaled that MTD will be denied, what is the concern here?
3) If the trial goes to court and a jury hears the facts, what are they going to think?
4) What is the probability that every one of the jury members including the judge have had some loved one, friend, close relative, die from cancer?
5) Now, who are all the MMs, and all the people involved in trying to suppress NWBO?

Without going into details, spent over a decade reviewing high level cases where the little guy is stepped on by the big guys, and the little guy has something very profound to help others. In the case of NWBO, we know the issues. In most cases like this, the judge and the jury do not support the big guys. The real sad part is that DCVax has been delayed, in many cases stepped on by MMs and others. If I were a jury member on a case where my family members, loved ones, friends, coworkers, relatives, and others died from cancer, and they could have been saved by a cancer product such as DCVax, WOW. I pray that NWBO will prevail and in the end, and it is the cancer patients that are in the need DCVax the most. BTW MMs, please write your checks with X followed by, (X,000,000,000's), this should help pay some of the bills and cover the losses incurred, IMPO. Praise God for "The judge has signaled that MTD will be denied."
