FAIR MARKET VALUE HAS ONLY TO DO with what they picked up that they should not have picked up and those things they did decide to keep from within the BK, not off book SPE's or DST or 1031
WMI will keep it's value that currently resides in the DST, no matter the value 24 b or 600 b, that is quit a nice nest egg to work with
