My thoughts are there is always a leak and people on the know who can take advantage. It’s especially true in the otc. It it’s prevalent in many other areas.

It was down because a note due last November had to be paid and a lack of any news. Why it was or is up right now is because either someone knows something or people realize the price is stupid low and many people sit on the sidelines waiting for every tick lower they can get but it only takes a little rise for them to say oh &$@? and not want to miss any potential run.

No public news. I guess st3 and team leak info to the note holders and a select few based on what you are saying
