Let’s be honest, management just plain sucks.

Let's be honest, 90% of shareholders disagree with this narrative pushed by the hedge fund social media army.

Dilution remains a serious concern at 60 cents per share.

Totally agree with you Poor Man. If there's one thing that keeps new investors at bay, makes them wary, it's this long history of dilutions orchestrated by management.

Not sure I'd agree that management totally sucks (as you have stated) since they have made some pretty astute moves and have delivered on many important promises (though not all).

But I would definitely agree that dilution has been a major problem.

I trust in our CEO as do the majority of shareholders who voted for management at the last ASM.

Linda Powers:

She was co-lead negotiator for the U.S. on the North American Free Trade Agreement, financial sector agreement, which opened banking, securities, insurance, pension fund and related opportunities in Canada and Mexico.

During the 1980s, Ms. Powers practiced law, specializing in corporate mergers, acquisitions and financings, and certain kinds of intellectual property transactions. While working for the headquarters of the European Union in Brussels, she was responsible for drafting the initial intellectual property rules that now govern know-how licensing in the European Union.

As you know the US - Mexico Law Journal cite her as Legal Council for the Comission on European Communities 1986 - 1987.

Quite a record of accomplishment at an early age. Management will deliver approval this year in my opinion.
