Absolutely. I look at the differences in the refiled 10-K in early May and they now have this set up as if he has a few real estate properties in the ticker. Also if he planned on using CSUI funds for all these assets purchased he wouldn't be creating new businesses in Florida and we would be seeing 8K's about the assets purchased for shares.
This will be big, I agree. Especially with the float locked, Scott owning almost all the commons and all the debt.
