I can't definitively say that until the company puts that out, but again, there would be absolutely no reason to put out that MOU with an Apollo President on there unless they were nearing or already had the hospital.
Don't you get it...Jim drops an MOU today that he was probably holding on for a while to offset PowerUp dumping. Once PW is finished, contract with Apollo will be released/PR. IMO of course :)
