Matt, when did you hear this info. I ask because the anticipated merge was to happen in Oct 06, according to the Aug 30 PR. Last trade was 07/24/06 according to Yahoo Fin. It would then appear to me that the merger already took place and is operating under the USSE name. Many tentacles attached to this article. Will research further.
Matt, I'm in the same boat with you on CYBR. I talked to JR about 2 months ago and he told me he hadn't forgotten about the CYBR share holders and would take care of them. All we can do is wait. Good luck.
John has been working on a way for CYBR to be involved and benefit from USSEC's success since the CYBR company vehicle became unusuable for market launch. He is an extremely generous leader who believes in helping anyone he can. This is probably the reason he has been blessed with the tremendous opportunity and world-changing discovery he made, and we are anxious to see how it will be applied in the future to come.
