I thank the yanks manager for staying with severino. He was over 100 pitches and even Guiolme can get a hit off him. Get the building up confidence angle. But Yanks need this game, and there bullpen is outstanding, so I personally would of went too the bullpen, but I get the idea of trying to get severino confidence back.
Newsflash there is no Minor leaguer for the pitching staff coming. Peterson who was supposed to be a mainstay in the rotation was an unmitgated disaster. Megill who we thought had potential has been an unmitgated disaster. Butto Is pitching to like a 6 era in triple A. And Vasil just got moved up to triple A, but best case this guy is a back of the rotation starter. There is no help coming, they are gonna need to spend to fix the pitching staff it really is that simple. Because there is nothing coming for years and years. It is really that simple. All is just my opinion of course.
