An update (or, more likely, "updates") on NexBoard by the end of June is/are probably a given -- since NNC is under the gun to start delivering the first of those 35,000 homes in Ivory Coast. You're probably correct in thinking that the impact of the SEC action against Auctus is a big unknown. HOWEVER, Duffy would probably be wise to address the issue (from a PR POV, at least) if at all possible -- especially if XERI expects to get off the hook for the Auctus loan, as it appears they might.
