It's not their job to 'support the value of the stock' by making any promises to anybody.

It absolutely is their job to support the value of the stock. It's literally the purpose of the C suite in a public company.

There is a fine line between promotion/marketing of a drug and sharing information about pipeline/research products and results. They are allowed to do the latter. They choose not to. They also choose not to update on timelines and strategy, which is also allowed.

To act like NWBO management's hands are tied with regards to communication is asinine. Look at literally every other biotech company on the market. They all do it. Why is NWBO the only company that isn't allowed to give guidance or release PRs without marketing approval?

Exactly. They'd do more harm than good by pre approval promotion. This is not allowed.
