I never realized they were so healthy for diabetics.

I'm not diabetic, but my wife is (type 2) and she likes them.

Thanks to Janice bringing up the benefits, I will try adding them to my menu.
I just won't eat them.

Now I gotta go to the bank. I made the mistake of putting my purse on the floor because I had to go through some papers under it. Well the destruction part comes in when Peanut snagged a $50 out of it when I wasn't looking, I found all three parts but gotta get it replaced at bank, LOLOL
