Please don’t forget, a first responder on scene that night published his comments in a national fire journal publication stating, in his comments to the published article, that it appeared to be “economic arson” in his opinion. I had a link way back when, if I recall all of this accurately (it’s late). So I am going by my observations and interpretations of the photos published BEFORE the fire, and do not disagree, in my opinion, what one first responder noted in his comments in that published article, inclusive of comments.

The fire did not surprise me at all, in my opinion. I wonder what UtterlyDumb thought about it…

This is just my opinion, the reader may disagree

Utah I am an expert in common sense. So when a company sells shrimp that are 21-25 heads (I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, I believe they are smaller) in which the same size shrimp can be bought in Whole Foods for less than $10 and Natural Shrimp is trying to sell their shrimp at $22 per pound or $35 per pound shipped, that is a business plan that won't work.

Just remember that the company could hide the true cost right now, because there isn't really any production. However, if they do start producing, the cost of goods sold will become much more transparent. I believe the market will be shocked when they find out what the true cost is to grow the shrimp. At that point, you will hear that as we scale, our cost will come down. The cost will come down slightly as related to feed for example. However, there is a fixed and incremental cost to the amount of electricity that this technology requires. You can't get around that.
