A few observations: NO "pot-sized" pasta. NO chicken in pasta. And it usually isn't necessary to add tomato paste to a dish that contains canned tomatoes.

I find the recipes strange. Not a single one is a traditional Italian pasta dish. Or, for that matter, a typical Asian noodle dish.
