Disruptive technology or not, business is business and all conglomerates that have achieved that status have not done so by being stupid and sensitive to the companies they want to merger or buy. If they see a wounded company, they will go for the 'kill'. When they know they have the upper hand, they will use that power. This little company at this point of its existence is at its low point financially and again, IF the shark smells blood, they will attack, with absolutely no concern for their prey.
