The simple question is what specific process do immune cells use to recognize foreign, dysfunctional or harmful proteins. I believe the answer is that each immune cell has specific super computer functions tied to identification and destruction of foreign bodies. In other words, we are fearfully and wonderfully made but with built in limitations so that we have the ability to recognize and honor our creator. Obviously some pretty important folks involved in the formation of the United States of America would agree. “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal...”. Best wishes.
