You do realize that auditors confirm shares out with the TA and not the company. You also do realize that lawyers when confirming that the company is providing current information will confirm with the TA and not the company. You also do realize that OTC Markets confirms with the TA and not the company. You also do realize that the TA will state and confirm with the SEC that they are the official records.
